Very central, 100 meters from the Garibaldi square where the central train station is located. Also both metro lines can be taken from the Garibaldi square and the shuttle bus (Alibus) from and to the airport stops at the Garibaldi square.
Please note that the apartment is located at the fourth floor without an elevator! The apartment itself is renovated and fully furnished, but the building is old and the stair case is very ugly! The fourth floor is also the last floor.
The living room is 24 square meters and has two sunny balconies (east and south) with a nice view on the Garibaldi square and the Vesuvius. There is no traditional television, only internet tv like Netflix and YouTube, and the tv screen is also connected to a gaming computer with a wide selection of games and cabled internet. There is a set of speakers that can be connected to the tv, pc, or your phone for music. The living room has a double bed and air conditioning (for cooling and heating).
The bedroom (14 square meters) has another airco unit and a double bed, and a lot of free closet space. It also has a balcony but the view is not great there!
There is an extra room (9 square meters) with an exterior window, single bed, and a big wardrobe.
The bathroom (6 square meters) has been completely reconstructed in December 2024. There is a shower, bidet, toilet, and a sink. Hot water comes from a boiler.
The kitchen has an internal window to the stair case, and is equipped with a fridge/freezer combo, four induction cooking hobs (from February 2025), microwave, and a washing machine. There is a lot of storage space. There is no wifi in the kitchen, but there is in the rest of the apartment.
